"Lori contacted me last year to see if I would be interested in meeting with her and seeing what programs and classes she could offer our membership through her, 'Dance Parties and Fitness in Motion' business. It was evident from our first meeting that Lori was very professional, knowledgeable, well qualified, enthusiastic, and well organized. She was also flexible and open minded about incorporating my program ideas and needs with what she offered. I had the need for a young children's movement program that could be offered in the mornings at our Camp Gundalow location. With the basics of one of Lori's dance birthday party offerings and the needs that I had for my organization, we developed a new offering called 'Tot-n-Tutus'. The class combined basic ballet with other movement activities and games to keep 2.5 to 4 year olds active, happy and engaged. The children were given a tutu to wear during each class. As was said in the advertising to our members for this class; little girls in tutus, guaranteed to bring a smile to your little dancer's face and yours. Thanks to Lori and her charm with little ones, the Tot's-n-Tutus class has been very popular with our members and their children. Boys have even enjoyed the class. Mothers watch with cameras in hand, capturing their children's smiles, enjoyment and fun... plus their newly learned ballet skills. According to all who participated, or watched Lori's classes, they are a success. She treats each child as an individual, with respect and caring. Lori has the ability to not only engage the children in each class she does, she also has been able to engage the parents to the point where they have suggested possible new dance and movement classes for Lori and the Y to offer."- Mary Ann Cudihee, Senior Program Director, Seacoast YMCA
